Booking & Credit Card Policy

To reserve your appointment at All Star Aesthetics, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

  • Your card is used to hold your appointment only and is not charged at the time of booking.

  • Payment for your service is collected in-studio at the time of your visit.

  • In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, your card will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

  • Your information is stored securely through my booking system and is never shared.


 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens, I get it 🌺

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

  • Changes made 24+ hours before: no fee, your deposit transfers to the new appointment.

  • Changes made within 24 hours: may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

This allows me to offer your spot to another client on the waitlist.

 


 

No-Shows

If you do not show up for your appointment and do not contact me, you’ll be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

After a no-show, I may require prepayment for future bookings.

 


 

Late Arrivals

Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and start on time.

  • If you’re 10–15 minutes late, I’ll do my best to honor your appointment, but your treatment may be shortened so I don’t run late for the next client.

  • If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation (up to 50% fee).

 


 

Feeling Sick?

If you’re feeling unwell (fever, active cold/flu, stomach bug, COVID-like symptoms), please stay home and reschedule.

Please contact me as soon as you notice symptoms. In many cases, illness-related reschedules can have more flexibility—your health and mine come first. 💛

 


 

Guests & Children

My treatment room is a calm, quiet space created just for you.

  • No extra guests in the treatment room, please.

  • For safety reasons, I’m not able to accommodate children during appointments unless they are booked for a service themselves and accompanied as required by age.

 


 

Contraindications & Honest Skin Chat

Some treatments (including cryo, enzymes, and certain products) are not suitable for everyone.

Please let me know if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Are using prescription skincare (like tretinoin, Accutane, etc.)

  • Have had recent facial injections, peels, or surgery

  • Have any medical conditions or allergies

I’ll always customize your treatment and may adjust or change services if something isn’t safe for your skin that day.
